A State of Matter

This request is a personal one. My parents attended the 14th Annual Liquid Crystal Conference in Moscow, Russia, and I painted two microscopic liquid crystal phases which I then printed onto fabric. A tie for my father, and a scarf for my mother. — Acrylic on paper 25" x 10", 25" x 7"
